Be the voice behind the experience. As a PBX Operator at Signia by Hilton at La Cantera Resort & Spa, you’ll serve as the central hub of communication—connecting guests with everything they need for a seamless and memorable stay.
In this role, you’ll manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and warmth, handle guest requests efficiently, and provide accurate information about the resort and local area. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor will ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of hospitality.
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are what matter most.
