The Project Management Intern is responsible for setting project goals, ensuring the project is completed according to the defined criteria. This role will work across multiple disciplines and engage cross functionally with peers and program stakeholders. This includes active support and engagement of the program including communication, status reporting, schedule definition and support of issues and risks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Helping to manage program schedules that show all applicable stakeholders, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining a clear and well-defined path to completion.
  • Scheduling meetings to ensure all stakeholders and teams are aligned in their support of the program.
  • Communicating with stakeholders proactively and effectively - verbally and in writing, while working to create simple messaging for complex topics.
  • Working with cross-functional teams, working with peers to establish and strengthen relationships that foster communication and a sense of teamwork.
  • Maintaining program budgets where applicable.
  • Documenting program results and where applicable drive lessons learned.
  • Supporting through ambiguity and change and being an advocate for process improvement initiatives and ideas.


Education and Experience Required:
  • High School Degree 3rd Year of University completed-- Bachelor's degree in progress in Project Management, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Data Analytics
  • Desire to build a career in project management and beyond


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Project management knowledge, including project structuring and managing project schedules.
  • Good analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and support in the management of complex project objectives.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
  • Ability to draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies.
  • Some experience in the use of program and product management tools such as Smartsheets, Aha! and other programs.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Hourly: $27.50 - $33.25
