In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll lead multifamily plumbing projects, provide expert repairs, and ensure all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to code. Key Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing service calls including inspection, diagnosis, repair, installation, and testing.
• Maintain service vehicle and equipment; perform regular inspections and manage inventory.
• Communicate with supervisors, apprentices, and administrative staff to ensure project alignment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Accurately log work, photos, and notes using Field Pulse software; manage purchasing via Relay Financial.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for skill and career growth.
• Represent Fred’s Plumbing with professionalism, safety, and respect at all times.
• Be available for on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily plumbing experience (emergency service preferred).
• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using industry tools (pipe threader, camera, jetter, augers, etc.).
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs with assistance and work from ladders or in confined spaces.
• Basic computer skills for digital timekeeping and job tracking.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday (onsite by 9 AM)
