Fox Hollow Post Acute is hiring a RN Full Time in Brownsville, TX. This is a full-time position.

As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while supporting the Director of Nursing in daily operations. You'll help ensure compliance, coordinate care, and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.

As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care while supporting the Director of Nursing in daily operations. You'll help ensure compliance, coordinate care, and make a meaningful impact on residents' lives every day.
Clinical & Patient Care
- Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, IVs, and medication administration
- Monitor residents' conditions and notify physicians/families of changes
- Review and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure care is delivered according to individualized care plans
Leadership & Coordination
- Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff on your shift
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in care planning and quality assurance programs
Administrative Duties
- Assist with policy updates and regulatory compliance
- Complete reports, charting, and required documentation
- Participate in facility surveys and audits
- Maintain confidentiality and protect resident information (HIPAA compliance)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
