Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role ensures smooth and efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Organize and adjust workflow based on priorities and production schedules.
  • Monitor processes to identify bottlenecks or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate production staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on production goals.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment, raw materials, and labor resources.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture; ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report production metrics and performance updates to the Engineering Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Prophet 21) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to process discipline and results.
