Summary/ObjectiveProvide sales, service, and technical support for a defined sales territory. Develop new business through execution of territory sales strategies. Responsible for meeting sales and expense budget objectives.

- Responsible for achieving the sales budget for a defined territory and assigned customer base.
- Manage and grow the business while maintaining expenses within budget.
- Provide customers with engineering services and consultation including engineering of complete compressed air systems.
- Coordinate with inside administrative, service and sales support staff in management of accounts including parts procurement, service, and maintenance to enhance aftermarket/parts sales and
customer retention and loyalty - effectively manage all aspects of the buying cycle. - Assist in resolution of customer-initiated technical issues.
- Drive regional, corporate account business strategies and introduce new product offerings.
- Review assigned sales territory/accounts, and organize coverage to result in minimum wasted effort, and maximum face-to-face selling time and profit
- Provide business update to management as required.
- Provides product, installation, and application training for end users.
- Conducts product and technology seminars to educate customers.
- Act as liaison between Advanced Compressed Air Solutions and its customer base.
- When necessary, may be called upon to deliver product to the user.
- Conforms to all Advanced Compressed Air Solutions Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Employee works under general direction and supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment, accuracy and conformance with regular meetings and annual business plan.
- Represents the organization in providing solutions associated with the sale and marketing of Advanced Compressed Air Solutions products.
- Through previous performance, must have demonstrated superior Conceptual, Technical, People, and Organizational Skills plus a Strong Work Ethic.

- Must have or be capable of developing strong technical knowledge of Advanced Compressed Air Solutions products.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel.
