Flow Control Group is hiring!

Description:

GPM Pump & Seal is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to support daily office operations and support internal workflow coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency in all office processes while supporting office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Filing, document organization, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate new account setup and internal paperwork processes
  • Maintain office filing systems and administrative records
  • Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and company events...including the setup and cleanup of these common areas.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff
  • Manage basic office coordination and operational tasks
  • Support internal workflow organization and tracking
  • Could also be some accounting support tasks


Qualifications Preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in QuickBooks and/or P21 helpful
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Professional phone and customer service etiquette
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
