Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by actively engaging with existing customers and generating new leads through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities based on customer needs, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market reach.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and secure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of air compressor systems and related products (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.
