Job Summary:

Cougar USA is a leading supplier of water control systems for commercial building applications, specializing in Pre-Engineered and Custom-Designed solutions for water pressure, level, temperature, flow, and quality.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Field Service Dispatcher to join our Field Service Team! This role is responsible for coordinating and administrating service activities to ensure timely and accurate support for customers and technicians. The Service Coordinator will manage scheduling, communication, and documentation for field service operations, playing a critical role in customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and overall company growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate Field Service Activity for field technicians by managing service requests, scheduling, and dispatch.

· Answer calls/emails from customers requesting service and document details in the system.

· Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to confirm scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.

· Generate & Maintain Assets, Service Orders, Tasks, and Reports in service management software (Shepherd, NetSuite, etc.).

· Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure seamless customer support.

· Support Team & Events by assisting coworkers as needed and contributing to company meetings and events.

Required Qualifications:

· Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks at once.

· Proficiency in service scheduling systems and documentation tools.

· Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work well as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely records.

· Familiarity with commercial plumbing/HVAC industry or service operations is preferred but not required.#cougarusa
