Position Summary
The Manager, Business Data Intelligence provides strategic and operational leadership for FFF Enterprises’ Business Data Intelligence Analyst function, ensuring disciplined requirements management, strong stakeholder alignment, and structured governance across analytics and reporting initiatives.
This role oversees a team of Business Analysts responsible for translating business strategy into clearly defined actionable requirements that drive enterprise reporting, data platform, and analytical initiatives. The Manager ensures that all analytics requests are properly scoped, prioritized, documented, and aligned with enterprise data standards before development begins.
A collaborative and structured leader, this role partners closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence and Reporting (dotted-line alignment), Data Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT leadership to improve delivery efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate the maturity of the analytics lifecycle. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong facilitation skills, analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement that supports FFF Enterprises’ mission to Help Healthcare Care.

Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee may occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. and kneel and bend. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working conditions include normal office setting.
