Job Description

EXO is hiring a ASNT Level III NDT Instructor in Magnolia, TX. This is a full-time position, and paying $80,000.00–$110,000.00/year.

Exo Group, LLC has been protecting public infrastructure across the U.S. since 2009. Without consistent maintenance and quality assurance, critical assets face a growing risk of failure over time. Exo delivers engineering, inspection, and remediation services for lighting poles, transmission towers, and other infrastructure exposed to ongoing wear from usage, aging, and environmental conditions.

With deep expertise in vertical infrastructure, Exo builds on years of engineering design and fabrication experience across utilities, telecom, transportation, and retail sectors. This foundation supports a comprehensive inspection and asset management approach that addresses both new installations and aging structures requiring immediate attention.

Recognizing that full replacement is often impractical due to cost and safety constraints,

Exo developed its “Ex-Tend” approach to manage assets throughout their entire life cycle. From initial quality assurance to ongoing inspection and targeted repairs, this method is designed to extend service life and improve reliability. Supported by data-driven insights, Exo helps clients monitor asset conditions and make informed, strategic decisions.

Position Summary: The ASNT Level III NDT Instructor is responsible for delivering classroom, laboratory, and field-based nondestructive testing (NDT) training in support of the Texas NDT School and Exo's inspection operations. This position provides technical instruction, hands-on training, mentorship, and technical oversight for Level I and Level II technicians while supporting inspection projects, procedure reviews, and advanced NDT applications across the utility, transmission, fabrication, structural steel, and industrial sectors.

The instructor will help ensure technicians develop both the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform NDT examinations safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and client requirements. The position may also provide technical support to field inspection teams, assist with procedure development and review, and contribute to the ongoing development of Exo's NDT training and qualification programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on NDT professional with strong technical expertise, field experience, and a passion for teaching and developing the next generation of inspectors.
