- BA/BSorMaster’sdegreeinanaturalsciencediscipline, ortheequivalencyof 4+yearsrelatedexperienceinlieuofeducation
- 0+yearsofprofessionalexperience
- Courseworkortraininginwetlanddelineationusingthe1987CorpsofEngineersWetlandsDelineationManualandapplicableRegionalSupplements
- FamiliaritywithArmyCorpsofEngineersRegionalSupplements(AridWestand/orGreatPlains)
- Abilityandwillingnesstoconductfieldworkupto75%ofthetime, outdoorsandinvariableconditions
- WorkingknowledgeofGPStechnologiesandmapinterpretation(e.g., NWI, USGS, aerialimagery)
- Strongcommitmenttohealth, safety, andfieldworkbestpractices
- Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskills, withattentiontodetail
