Description:
ERM is seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant, Environmental Scientist (Wetland Delineator) to join our Capital Project Development team in Houston, Texas. This role is designed for a professional who has progressed beyond entry-level fieldwork and is ready to apply deep technical expertise to complex environmental challenges. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary experts to deliver defensible science, support large-scale infrastructure and development projects, and help clients navigate permitting requirements while protecting critical wetland and water resources—advancing ERM’s mission as a global sustainability leader.
Wetlands and water resources are foundational to sustainable land development, ecosystem protection, and regulatory compliance. In this role, your technical judgment and field expertise directly influence project outcomes—ensuring environmental impacts are accurately assessed, permitting pathways are clear, and development decisions balance progress with environmental stewardship. Your work will help safeguard critical habitats while enabling responsible capital projects across the region.
