What Your Impact Is

In this position, you will support and execute marketing initiatives across North America, contributing directly to market visibility and client engagement. From creating high‑quality marketing assets to delivering polished events and campaigns, your work will strengthen ERM’s presence across sectors and service lines. You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams, commercial leaders, and cross‑functional partners to bring clarity, creativity, and excellence to every project.

What You’ll Bring

You are a proactive and self‑directed marketer who excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality. You combine strong tactical execution with a desire to develop your strategic marketing capabilities. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with both in‑office and remote teams, and consistently bring creativity, initiative, and organization to every task.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or demonstrated equivalent).

  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role—ideally in a professional services environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.

  • Experience working in an office environment with both local and remote collaborators.

  • Ability to work independently, managing and coordinating multiple simultaneous, deadline‑driven projects.

  • Regular in‑office presence (minimum 3 days per week).

  • Some travel may be required.

  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Experience delivering marketing support in a consulting or technical services environment.

  • Advanced PowerPoint design skills and experience aligning presentations with brand guidelines.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic events and manage end‑to‑end event logistics: critical path development, content creation, mailing list development, invitation creation/distribution, registration management, ROI metrics, follow-up, and day-of execution.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to produce high‑quality content across various sectors and services.

  • Support commercial teams through strategic materials development, graphics coordination, and message refinement.

  • Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations aligned with ERM brand standards.

  • Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing ROI for activities and campaigns.

  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and status updates for marketing projects, events, and campaigns.

  • Support and manage regional marketing projects from concept through execution.

  • Demonstrate initiative, agility, strong teamwork, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven initiatives concurrently.
