In this role, you’ll work alongside experts across disciplines—mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware—to create a best-in-class portfolio of future-ready solutions. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Take the lead role for overall electrical design efforts from conceptualization to design, prototyping, testing, qualification, ramp-up, and launch.
  • Achieve project requirements including technical architecture, quality, human-centered design criteria, design-for-manufacturability, timelines, cost, and other objectives.
  • Coordinate technical activities across the global electrical engineering team and collaborate closely with peers leading mechanical, firmware, and software efforts.
  • Translate user and market requirements into technical designs, including evaluating complex alternatives while leading product cost

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related study
  • 5+ years of electromechanical-based product engineering
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Technical master’s degree
  • Experience in New Product Development and early-stage prototyping
  • Experience in industrial equipment/devices, motor control, power electronics, and industrial network
