Are you a Product Management professional eager to drive digital transformation? Actuation Technologies at Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! As the DCX Product Manager, you will lead IT strategy and execution, ensuring digital initiatives align with business goals. Collaborating with leadership and enterprise IT teams, you'll orchestrate key projects, lead all aspects of Agile portfolio management, and coordinate Oracle and Digital Customer Experience applications on a global scale. This role provides the opportunity to craft IT solutions, optimize processes, and make a substantial impact across the organization.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Tools Program, you will establish and drive product strategy while leading critical IT projects that support the Actuation Technologies Business Unit. You'll work closely with Business Unit Leadership and Enterprise IT teams to align IT pivotal initiatives with key business priorities. Additionally, you'll drive project coordination, delegate tasks, and ensure timely execution of high-level program initiatives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and results with stakeholders to align with product goals.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and prioritize for successful product execution.
  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and coordinate activities to meet landmarks.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, assessing impact on deliverables.
  • Maintain adherence to project management methodologies, product quality standards, and ensure consistency.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for on-site support during product implementation

You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, Computer Science or any equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience Digital Product Management
  • 3+ years as an IT Project Manager, leading complex projects with multiple staff and clients.
  • 2+ years of Azure ADO, Feature refinement experience
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in the Unites States without need for sponsorship nor or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience as a Digital Project Manager
  • 2 years of experience in business information systems or related areas
  • Technical skills like SQL, React, #.net, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment using Oracle or SAP business processes
  • Knowledge of SAFe/Agile processes and/or Project Management Professional learning/certification
