Job Overview

EG Construction Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial and industrial projects throughout the DFW area. This role is key to ensuring our projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project workflows to maintain progress and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate daily field reports and communicate project status to management.
  • Proactively identify field issues related to contract scope and resolve them effectively.
  • Monitor and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
  • Utilize construction management software to track progress, schedules, and reporting.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction supervision.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and seeking long-term growth with the company.

Schedule
