Purpose: EFCO Corp. is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused professional to provide on-site training and support for our concrete forming systems. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to ensure safe, efficient assembly and use of EFCO products. You'll also act as a technical advisor, supporting sales teams and serving as a key liaison between customers and EFCO personnel.

Key Responsibilities - Erect EFCO Forming Equipment on Job Sites (60%)
Lead and assist with on-site assembly, manage labor and equipment staging, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. Guide customers through cycling procedures and complete detailed field reports for each visit. - Identify Customer Solutions & Troubleshoot (10%)
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to assess customer needs and provide solutions. Act as a technical resource and coach customers on best practices. - Plan & Coordinate Field Visits (10%)
Review construction plans and formwork drawings, forecast workload with the district manager, verify equipment lists, and coordinate travel and site scheduling. - Support Sales Through On-Site Demonstrations (10%)
Partner with Territory Managers to demonstrate form cycling, setup, and stripping during pre-sale activities. Assist with project scheduling for customer success. - Deliver Job Site Safety Talks (5%)
Conduct at least two toolbox safety meetings per month to promote a strong safety culture. - Special Projects & Other Duties (5%)
Contribute to internal projects like submitting FORM Marks articles and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years as a foreman or superintendent
- Blueprint reading skills
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Passion for construction and delivering high levels of customer service
- Physical ability to climb, lift/push/pull up to 150 lbs, and work at heights and in demanding environments
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (2-4 nights per week)
