Your JobDEPCOM is looking for an experienced
Logistics Excellence Manager to join our Supply Chain team . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service levels. This role involves coordination with various stakeholders, continuous improvement of logistics operations, optimizing supply chain performance, and leading initiatives to enhance logistics capabilities. This position can be remote or located in our Scottsdale office. Travel is expected to be approximately 40%-50%.

What You Will Do- Analyze logistics data to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction, fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure logistics activities are integrated and aligned with the broader supply chain strategy, enhancing synergy and coherence.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and deliver superior results.
- Implement best practices in logistics to promote operational excellence and value creation.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of logistics systems to ensure they support business needs and drive value.
- Leverage technology effectively to enhance logistics visibility, tracking, and reporting, promoting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all logistics systems, supporting reliable and value-driven operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics activities to protect and enhance the organization's value proposition.
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to enhance the competencies of logistics managers.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to keep managers updated with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Leadership experience in Logistics and Continuous improvement
- Experience designing and implementing standardized processes for Logistics
- Experience interpreting data sets.
- Understanding of applying KPI's (key performance indicators) to business decisions.
What Will Put You Ahead- EPC or renewable energy industry experience
- Experience launching a software system in the warehouse and inventory control environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in material handling and equipment operations.
For this role, we anticipate paying $110, 000- $120, 000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
