Deloitte is hiring a Pega Architect in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time position, and requiring a bachelor degree.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for Pega solutions, spanning case lifecycle, data, integration, UI, security, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable case management and decisioning designs.
- Define and govern case types, stages, steps, SLAs, assignments, routing, correspondence, and exception handling.
- Design data architecture, including data types, data pages, persistence, data virtualization, and records management.
- Architect integrations across REST/SOAP, message queues, files, and databases, including error handling and retries.
- Establish performance, security, and DevOps standards to support secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
- Conduct design and code reviews, enforce best practices, and resolve complex technical defects.
- Mentor delivery teams and document architecture decisions, diagrams, and runbooks.

Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years' experience designing and leading Pega Platform implementations.
- Experience with Pega data architecture, integration patterns, performance tuning, and case management.
- Experience designing security models, including access groups, roles, privileges, and SSO/authentication approaches.
- Experience with DevOps and release management practices, including branching, CI/CD, and deployment strategy.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders, managing tradeoffs, and mentoring technical delivery teams.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
