Work you'll do
  • Provide white-glove technology customer service and advanced technical support for all Greenhouse labs, both in-person and virtually (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex), ensuring a seamless client experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise daily onsite operations within the local Greenhouse Technology team, ensuring events are appropriately resourced and supported.
  • Coordinate with lab teams to plan, set up, test, and support audio-visual (AV) and technology solutions for Greenhouse labs, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Crestron processors, NVX systems, DM switchers, Biamp DSPs, AV network infrastructure, and USB extenders, and collaboration software.
  • Monitor the status and performance of all rooms and AV systems, proactively addressing equipment issues and ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Oversee inventory management, quality control, packing, shipping, and maintenance of all AV equipment and mobile technologies, supervising team members as needed.
  • Schedule, communicate with, and oversee AV vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Lead the creation, updating, and delivery of technology guides, training materials, and team trainings for both local and national Greenhouse teams.
  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor by assisting lab designers and delivery teams in implementing and showcasing advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual/Augmented/Mixed reality devices, predictive analytics, and other emerging technologies in client demonstrations.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for national Greenhouse locations, including mobile lab technology deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project management, architecture, and IT teams to support AV system build-outs, upgrades, and refreshes, overseeing project milestones and ensuring effective coordination and documentation.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and commissioning of AV system architectures, reviewing engineering documentation, and ensuring solutions meet technical and industry standards.
  • Lead and support key Greenhouse Technology Team initiatives (e.g., TPRM, SSDLC, KPI reporting, resourcing)
  • Drive technology exploration, research, and prototyping of emerging AV solutions, identifying new technologies and innovative use cases for Greenhouse implementation.
  • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior teammates, displaying polished communication and soft skills, and serving as a key contributor to team strategy and reporting to leadership.

Customer Experience

The Greenhouse IT support team plays a critical role in the facilitation of technology in Greenhouse lab sessions. Support teams ensures that lab sessions are successful using the technology and provide a "trusted technical advisor" relationship with Greenhouse facilitation teams, creating breakthrough experiences for our clients.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8 years of various technology experience: with technologies including, but not limited to, networking, Windows, Apple IOS, Crestron systems, Smart Displays, and/or other in-room technologies combined with advanced troubleshooting of AV and/or IT systems and technologies including touch displays, iOS devices, Mac, and Windows PCs.
  • Onsite at Westlake, TX Deloitte office with ability to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed (e.g. provide after-hours support on a rotational basis with occasional travel required to offices in local geography).


Preferred:
  • Experience in the development of operational procedures and aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance.
  • Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude.
  • Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of T& I Visual Technologies teams.
  • Demonstrate in-depth expertise in A/V control systems and integrated audio systems and hardware, with a strong background in system design, configuration, and integration.

This compensation range is specific to Westlake and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$88, 600 to $181, 900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
