What you'll achieve

As an AI Data Center Server Energy Regulations Senior Principal Engineer, you will help shape the future of energy efficiency and sustainability across Dell Technologies' global server product portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will monitor, interpret, and influence worldwide data center & product energy regulations and standards, ensuring Dell's products remain compliant, competitive, and forward-looking. You will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for product teams and leadership. By engaging directly with regulatory agencies, standards bodies, and industry trade associations, you will ensure Dell's perspective is effectively represented throughout the regulatory development process.
