Join Our Team at Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry and Braces!

We're excited to offer a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator position at our combo Ortho/Pedo office.

As the face of our practice, you'll be responsible for all front office functions and ensuring our patients, parents, and guardians always feel like the top priority.

What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude, dependability, punctuality, and exceptional customer service skills.
No prior dental experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right candidate.

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7: 45 AM to 5: 00 PM

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred but not required.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
A customer-service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in PC use and a willingness to learn new software programs as needed.
Flexibility to travel between multiple office locations.
