Join Our Team as a Front Office Coordinator
IKIDS Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Are you an organized, friendly, and bilingual professional with a heart for helping children and families?

IKIDS Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is looking for a Front Office Coordinator (FOC) to be the welcoming face of our practice and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

We are seeking someone who is fluent in Spanish and who ideally has some dental background to support both administrative and patient-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in/check-out patients with warmth and professionalism

Answer and manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling

Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details

Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at the time of service

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our practice software (Dental Vision)

Assist with insurance claims, billing, and account follow-up

Help implement accounts receivable plans to improve collections

Support coordination of care between pediatric and orthodontic appointments

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow

Monitor and manage the front office schedule and call queues

Provide excellent customer service to both patients and parents

Adhere to compliance guidelines and uphold practice policies

Serve as a backup to revenue cycle team members as needed

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

1-2 years of dental office experience preferred

3-4 years of customer service experience required

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Familiarity with patient scheduling, electronic billing, and collections

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude
