Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator - Bilingual Preferred
Location: Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces- Belton, TX (with travel to Copperas Cove on Mondays)
Schedule: Monday 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM, Friday 8: 00 AM - 1: 00 PM

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure a welcoming and efficient front office experience.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior dental or orthodontic office experience a plus
• Comfortable traveling to our Copperas Cove office on Mondays (travel pay provided)
