Description:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing new/existing User & Group accounts within Active Directory/Azure AD
  • Modify/Grant User access to business applications based upon job requirements & approval
  • Work with IT Information Security & Compliance team to ensure all security related procedures and documentation is correct.
  • Responsible for managing identity and access requests within Service Desk, including managing tickets submitted by user.
  • Support the overall rollout and adoption of computer systems. This includes tasks such as customer communication, user testing, customer support, etc.
  • Participate with internal and external audits to ensure compliance of policies and standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in an IT role, OR 1 or more years of experience specifically in the area of Identity Management.
  • Experience to include knowledge of Identity Management basic concepts and conventions including users, password and access administration topics such as group membership and file permissions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of advanced Identity Management concepts and conventions including single sign on (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), user provisioning and attribute mapping and synchronization.
  • Experience with industry tools such as Okta, Active Directory, Ping or similar.
  • Certifications related to Identity Management tooling.
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills.
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks, issues or tickets.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; able to function well on a team.

Working Conditions
  • Job functions will be carried out in an office environment.

Physical Demands
  • Long periods spent sitting at desk in front of computer screen.
  • Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
