Service Specialist, Building Automation

Service Specialist Position Responsibilities: Responds to a variety of customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency and after-hours calls on a timely basis; will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug a variety of systems for more complicated problems; installs small projects as necessary.Identifies and resolves problems for most types of service calls.Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and DAC in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.May provide custom systems integrations, detailed systems upgrade planning and execution, system audits and consultation, and/or database management and manipulation.Uses well-developed troubleshooting skills to isolate and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.Provides technical support to end users and team members when applicable.Communicates with and works with the other members of the team consistently to improve overall operations of the Service Department and company.
