Front Office Coordinator

Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Pediatric Dental Office Jamboree Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! As the first point of contact for our families, the Front Desk Coordinator plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient, parent, and guardian who visits our office. Schedule MondayThursday: 8: 30 AM6: 30 PM Friday: 8: 30 AM3: 30 PM Saturday: 7: 30 AM2: 30 PM must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month Requirements Must be bilingual in Spanish and English High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental office with direct customer service experience preferred Ability to travel between locations as needed Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, team members, and management What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of providing an excellent patient experience.
