Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Manager with a strong background in global intelligence, risk management, and team leadership. Ideal candidates will have proven expertise in threat intelligence, travel risk, crisis response, and physical security, including familiarity with investigative tools, case/incident management systems, and emergency/mass communication platforms. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and program management skills in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Reporting to the EIS Senior Intelligence Manager, the Intelligence Manager will oversee all aspects of the client's intelligence program, including team performance, strategic planning, operational delivery, and client relationship management. This individual will manage a six (6) person analyst team embedded in the client's 24/7/365 Intelligence Operations Center (IOC) in Plano, TX. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, supervising the production of intelligence assessments, managing crisis response, and supporting the continued evolution of the client's integrated risk management strategy.

Location: Onsite - Plano, Texas

Schedule: Full-time; occasional nights, weekends, holidays

What You Will Work On

Team & Program Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of intelligence analysts, including staffing, tasking, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily IOC operations, ensuring effective task prioritization, workload distribution, and quality assurance
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on analytical excellence and accountability


Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's intelligence and risk management program
  • Deliver oral and written briefings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure intelligence aligns with business needs
  • Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and program effectiveness


Intelligence Oversight
  • Direct the production and review of high-quality intelligence deliverables, including alerts, threat assessments, forecasts, and incident reports
  • Monitor global developments across geopolitical, cyber, environmental, and physical threat domains
  • Provide editorial oversight and ensure adherence to tradecraft, analytic standards, and source validation best practices


Program Development & Strategic Support
  • Develop, implement, and maintain client-specific SOPs, policies, and performance metrics
  • Identify program gaps and emerging client needs to inform continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with Crisis24 cross-functional teams to enhance capabilities
  • Represent Crisis24 in conferences, briefings, and client development efforts


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Political Science, or related field required. Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in intelligence analysis, GSOC operations, enterprise risk, or crisis management required; prior experience supporting 24/7 operational environments strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year managing direct reports and overseeing team deliverables
  • Experience supporting global intelligence, corporate security, executive protection, or business continuity programs
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent writing, research, and briefing skills for both strategic and tactical intelligence
  • Advanced knowledge of the intelligence cycle, analytic tradecraft, and global threat monitoring
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OSINT platforms, and GIS tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Experience in training, quality control, and editorial review of analyst work
  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Foreign language skills and international travel experience preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours or weekend coverage on a limited basis
