Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition Operations Department.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the operations side of the Talent Acquisition team, providing essential support to both internal and external customers. Internally, this includes Talent Acquisition Advisors, managers, and employees, while externally, it involves candidates and third-party vendors.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is expected to provide guidance, fulfill requests, produce quality work, build customer trust, and continuously provide feedback supporting process improvement.

Highlights:

  • Prepare and distribute service anniversary certificates and birthday cards for our employees
  • Initiate, monitor, and expedite candidate due diligence for all final candidates to ensure completion and compliance before their start date
  • Communicate new hire onboarding information to key stakeholders, managers, and new hires
  • Input, track, maintain, and follow-up on vacancy and personnel movement within the organization by capturing information in the Access database
  • Initiate the next steps for new vacancies and maintain the job description repository
  • Serve as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administrator to include drafting job postings and monitoring and updating the status of job postings

Experience:

Required

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Experience with following standard operating procedures
  • Experience troubleshooting within procedures

Preferred

  • 1 year supporting Human Resource (HR) functions
  • Experience with documenting standard operating procedures
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and presentations

Education:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred

  • Associate’s degree or higher; or currently enrolled in college/university

    Schedule: Monday 8: 00 am - 5: 00 pm, Tuesday - Friday, 8: 30 am-5: 30 pm

    Level of Work: 1C

    Starting salary: $21.00/hr
