Description:

We are seeking a Learning and Development Program Lead for the Enterprise Learning and Development Department.

This role aims to work with the Enterprise L& D Manager to develop a plan to design and implement the most leveraging learning and developmental initiatives based upon leadership feedback over a rolling 12-month calendar basis. As a Lead, this role is responsible for the daily oversight of Learning and Development program operations, including planning and implementing a rolling 12-month program delivery timeline. In addition, this role is accountable for assisting with developing new and renovated learning program initiatives that Management deems as priorities for the Enterprise.

Highlights:

  • Integrated 12-month program delivery timeline for all L& D Learning Programs
  • Monitoring and adjusting of annual program delivery timeline to meet stated goals/objectives
  • Improvement of targeted learning programs through documented improvements of programs and processes
  • Improvement of targeted learning programs through development/implementation of learner measurements, including Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4 measurements
  • New learning program development for learning initiatives identified by Management for implementation, to include learner measurements
  • Serve as first point of contact for escalation of internal system limitations
  • Maximize efficiencies of current operations

Experience:

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working in Educational, Corporate Learning & Development, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing learning curriculums to include learner evaluation methodologies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in overseeing and/or leading project delivery timelines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
    • Procedure development and optimization through workflows
    • Planning and managing annual operating budgets
    • Advanced data reporting and analytics
    • Vendor management

Education:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

Skills & Knowledge:

Required

  • Attention to detail and quality
  • LMS experience
  • Coordination of work across teams
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Intermediate facilitation skills to include presentation/training skills and group facilitation
  • Advanced organization skills
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • Active listening through inquiry in order to convey and understands the comments, questions and needs of others.
  • Intermediate instructional design knowledge

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 30 am-5: 30 pm

Location Type: Not remote, on-site, in office

Travel: Occasional

Level of Work: 2C

Minimum Starting Salary: $75, 987.00/annually
