Description:

We are seeking a Deposit Operation Specialist for the Deposit Services & Operations Deposit Operations Department.

The Deposit Operations Specialist supports enterprise-wide back‑office functions by ensuring accurate processing, maintenance, and servicing of deposit accounts. The role handles multi‑channel requests (online banking, account opening, ServiceNow, Bill Pay, P2P, Cashback+, overdraft reinstatement), maintains precise records, supports new accounts, and resolves Tier II/III issues. It requires strong communication, adherence to procedures, and expertise in systems like Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, and related platforms.

  • Work across multiple systems to process deposit functions accurately while following clear procedures and quality standards.
  • Support smooth operations by tracking, monitoring, and completing support requests with strong attention to turnaround times.
  • Deliver excellent service to internal and external members through phone, email, web messaging, and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with peers to stay organized, communicate effectively, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Help strengthen the team by providing training to new or current staff as directed by leadership.
  • Grow your expertise through required compliance training and ongoing development in role‑specific processes and systems.

Experience:

Required

  • Minimum 1-year experience with a financial institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Preferred

  • Minimum 1-year experience with back-office operations
  • Experience with Symitar, Meridian Link, Lumin, Payveris, Temenos, Synapsys, ChexSystem, Harland Clarke, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education:

Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 30 am-5: 30 pm
