Description:

We are seeking a CSO Process Manager for the CSO Process Management Department.

This role is accountable for providing direct output to support the Chief Services Officer’s (CSO) direct work output accountabilities (Aided Direct Output), providing Aided Direct Output to Level 4 Managers within the Services Operations business unit as agreed to through time allocated by the CSO to specific Level 4 roles, and managing a pool of administrative support staff who will assist Level 4 Services Organization leaders individually and as a team.

Highlights:

  • Fulfill managerial leadership accountabilities.
  • Support the CSO in efforts to install a new interdependent, collaborative values-based culture within Services Operations and improve current organizational practices and processes for the optimization of available resources to achieve better performance.
  • Manager will assist the CSO with the formulation of a change agenda and its subsequent execution. This requires giving best advice and timely feedback to the CSO, thereby improving the agenda’s quality and performance.

Experience:

Required:

  • 3+ year’s management experience.

Preferred

  • 3+ years’ experience in portfolio, program or project management.
  • 3+ years’ experience in collaborating, leading cross-divisional teams, and effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Change manager knowledge and experience

    Education:

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field or equivalent 3 years of work experience in a similar work environment

    Licenses & Certifications

    Preferred

    • Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications desired: Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma knowledge

      Skills & Knowledge:

      Required

      • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle phases
      • Experience compiling data and building reports or dashboards
      • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
      • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
      • Ability to present and engage across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
      • Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
      • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and supporting senior leaders
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
      • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and driving results
      • Experience leading process improvement and change initiatives
      • Comfortable navigating governance structures and working across teams

      Preferred

      • Experience facilitating senior management meetings
      • Intellectual curiosity: Inquisitiveness and a love for learning delve into the "why" behind their findings.

      Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 30 am-5: 30 pm

      Level of Work: 3A
