Description:

We are seeking an Asset Liquidation Manager for the MH Loss Mitigation Department.

This role oversees the compliant, timely, and cost‑effective liquidation of repossessed and foreclosed real estate and manufactured home assets. You’ll develop and maintain procedures that meet policy, quality, and regulatory standards while managing a strong network of investors, agents, and vendors to maximize recovery outcomes. This position also requires maintaining active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator registration.

Experience:

Required

  • 2 years of REO liquidation, asset management, or loss mitigation experience
  • Ability to evaluate wholesale and retail liquidation strategies
  • Market conditions, valuation methods, and comparable analysis
  • Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements, including lien laws, loss-mitigation standards, Fair Housing/RESPA considerations, and MLO rules
  • Vendor licensing, bonding, and risk evaluation experience
  • Vendor and network oversight experience
  • Budget forecasting and financial performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet liquidation and recovery performance metrics

Preferred

  • 2 years manufactured housing (chattel and real estate) asset liquidation

Education:

Required

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • MLO

  • Strategic planning and timeline adherence
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills (pricing, abatements, vendor terms)
  • Analytical decision-making for pricing, refurbishment ROI, and market channel performance

Preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of the manufactured housing industry

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 30 am-5: 30 pm
