We are seeking a dynamic PT, OT, SLP or Assistant to serve as the assistant head of the therapy department of our in-house team of healthcare professionals at Facility, Tx. In return for your dynamic leadership and strong clinical focus, we can offer you a highly competitive compensation. Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapist or Assistant
  • At least 2 years of experience as a therapist
  • Supervisory and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively.
  • Effective organizational and leadership skills
