Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing core HR processes including onboarding, timekeeping assistance, performance tracking, and policy administration.
  • Lead and manage site-level employee engagement initiatives, including engagement committee, recognition programs and culture-building activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support workforce planning, compliance, and decision-making.
  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve routine HR issues and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with regular interaction across departments and some presence on the production floor.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to navigate office and manufacturing environments safely.
