Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical projects that impact our business processes and manufacturing improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, gaining diverse exposure and experience.
  • Take on challenging design projects within our Global Technology Group.
  • Participate in daily responsibilities and learn about our people, products, tools, and processes.
  • Engage in projects such as designing test procedures or equipment, analyzing product designs, troubleshooting issues, researching new materials or methodologies, preparing prototypes, and overseeing product testing operations.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a 4-year university, pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented with a willingness to support various tasks as needed.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in student organizations or extracurricular activities is a plus.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) required.
