A Maintenance Technician with Bray would provide preventive and corrective maintenance principles to company assets and facilities throughout the factory.

Job Duties:

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting CNC controls and repairs.
  • Use general maintenance skills and mechanical knowledge to service machines in our factory and maintain our entire facility.
  • Communicate effectively and understand both oral and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment on a wide range of CNC and Manual Machines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment of hydraulic, pneumatic and various support equipment.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly, building systems to operate efficiently, and ensuring the physical condition of facilities does not deteriorate.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ability to troubleshoot CNC controls and repairs.
  • Ability to work with others to diagnose routine and complex issues related to repair/service.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance field or related field required.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on and mechanical nature.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow Health and Safety regulations.
  • Willing and able to work overtime as needed.
  • Basic analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical).
  • Demonstrate a desire to continuously improve and learn new skills.
