Bray Controls is hiring!

Description:

What You’ll Do

Over 10–12 weeks, you’ll work side-by-side with Bray’s IT professionals and cross-functional teams on projects that mirror real-world challenges. Key areas include:

  • Cybersecurity & Cloud Systems
Investigate phishing and hacking threats, build risk dashboards, and support application development initiatives.
  • Infrastructure Support
Assist with onboarding users, perform equipment assessments, and help manage IT inventory and systems.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
Solve real-time IT issues for internal teams and clients, write scripts, and help generate data-driven insights.

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-World Experience
Work on meaningful, project-based assignments designed to make a measurable impact—not just resume filler.
  • Professional Development
Access structured training, peer collaboration, mentorship, and continuous feedback to build both technical and soft skills.
  • Networking & Mentorship
Build connections across departments and with leaders who are committed to your success.
  • Career Momentum
Internships are one of the strongest predictors of post-grad job offers. At Bray, we view internships as potential pathways to full-time opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking students who are curious, resourceful, and ready to dive into IT challenges. Ideal candidates are:

  • Current sophomores or juniors pursuing a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Prior internship or work experience in tech, manufacturing, or engineering environments is a strong plus
  • Involvement in student organizations, leadership roles, or personal tech projects is a bonus

Don’t meet every requirement? No problem. We value enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn just as much as technical experience.

Why Intern with Bray?

Internships are more than a summer job—they're an opportunity to explore your interests, grow your professional network, and gain the confidence to take on future challenges. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to enterprise-level systems and make contributions that matter to our business.
