Overview of Role and Responsibilities
The Director of Project Management is responsible for delivering a first-in-class project management experience for our customers, ensuring excellence in order execution and customer satisfaction. This role provides strategic leadership to the Project Management team, establishing clear processes, best practices, and performance standards that drive efficiency and consistency across all projects. The Director will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, proactive issue resolution, and on-time delivery of complex valve assembly solutions for major projects.
This position will have 3 direct reports and oversees a team of 12.
