Job Description
The Branch Development and Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the successful launch, stabilization, and long-term performance of new Badger branches. This role serves as both a project leader during branch start-ups and a mentor to newly hired or promoted Branch Managers. The position requires extensive travel to branch locations and works closely with Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, and functional leaders to ensure new branches are established in alignment with Badger's operational, safety, financial, and cultural expectations.
Salary: The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

- Lead operational setup and launch of new Badger branch locations on time and to company standards.
- Mentor and coach newly hired or promoted Branch Managers in operational leadership.
- Evaluate and improve branch performance metrics including revenue, safety, utilization, and profitability.
- Ensure new branches comply with all company, regulatory, and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
- 7+ years of field operations leadership experience; prior Branch/General/Regional Manager experience preferred.
- Demonstrated coaching and frontline leader development skills.
- Availability to travel up to 75% throughout North America.
