Aspire MRO LLC is hiring a Maintenance Planner in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for various functions related to Routine and Non-Routine Maintenance Packages, Service Bulletins and ADs for potential and contractual customers. This is an experienced-level position with no direct reports that reports to the Planning Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares and flows routine maintenance packages, Service Bulletins (SBs), and Airworthiness Directives (ADs). Maintains and tracks work packages throughout the project lifecycle while serving as the customer liaison for additional work-order items. Provides support to managers and technicians as needed. Assembles work-order packages, including maintenance and inspection forms, Service Bulletins, checklists, technical data, and engineering documentation. Enters contractual work scopes, departmental budgeted hours, ATA codes, and WBS codes into Oracle. Reviews task cards and identifies the parts, materials, and tooling required to complete each maintenance task. Plans the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations to guide Production personnel. Develops long-range forecasts for aircraft maintenance and storage requirements. Maintains effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with company personnel and management. Reads and interprets bills of material and engineering drawings to support detailed parts and material requisition activities. Maintains accurate parts and material status reports. Assists crews with obtaining required parts and materials. Provides timely status updates for all parts and materials within the assigned area of responsibility. Creates parts and material requisitions as required to support Maintenance Department needs. Performs other related duties as required or assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Five or more years of related experience in the aircraft industry. Airframe and Powerplant (A& P) certification (preferred) SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB COMPETENCIES: Strong understanding of inventory management. Knowledge of controlled manufacturing processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and rework. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and apply appropriate manufacturing processes. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Ability to read, write, and speak Standard English for routine business correspondence and the preparation of work products. Ability to comply with all established safety policies, processes, and procedures. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in indoor settings, including office and warehouse/airplane hangar environments which require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and safety gear. The work environment is occasionally loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
