Aspire MRO LLC is hiring a Facilities - Electrician in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Journeyman Electrician installs, inspects, troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems in a commercial/industrial setting, including office, warehouse and airplane hangar environments, in full compliance with OSHA and NEC standards. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, this role requires a current Texas Journeyman Electrician license, strong troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to work independently and safely at heights or in confined spaces. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in a commercial/industrial setting using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations. Work with low voltage systems, high voltage setups, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to ensure compliance and safety. Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues efficiently. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols, including working with high voltage systems and low voltage controls. Follow all OSHA safety standards and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements. Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. Familiarity with industrial electrician tasks, including PLC programming and troubleshooting. Experience working with commercial electrical systems and renovation projects preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices essential for electrical diagnostics. Knowledge of NEC standards, high voltage wiring practices, low voltage controls, and schematics interpretation. Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while maintaining attention to detail. Additional skills such as handyman experience or frame carpentry are considered assets. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License Minimum five years of electrical experience Strong troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Commercial electrical service Residential service New construction Tenant finish-outs Panel replacements Service upgrades Lighting upgrades Generator installations EV charger installations Troubleshooting electrical controls Basic low-voltage systems WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in indoor settings, including office and warehouse/airplane hangar environments which require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and safety gear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
