The Opportunity

You will serve as a key mechanical technician responsible for installing and servicing critical climate control systems across diverse project sites. This position allows you to apply your technical expertise on high-value commercial, industrial, and residential builds with a company that strongly prioritizes safety and professional retention.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Install new HVAC units and complex ductwork across commercial, industrial, and residential job sites.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing heating and cooling systems to restore optimal efficiency.
  • Control system operations by properly integrating thermostats and specialized field instrumentation.
  • Utilize pressure gauges, thermometers, and diagnostic tools to execute thorough testing protocols.
  • Maintain accurate daily work logs and detailed reporting to preserve full site transparency.
  • Follow strict company and site-specific safety regulations on every field assignment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects finish smoothly and on schedule.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active HVAC License.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Proven ability to interpret detailed operation and repair manuals for diverse HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in operating standard hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, mechanical acumen, and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of related HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Completion of formal manufacturer, fall protection, lift, or safety training programs.
