Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with production scheduling to review upcoming manufacturing requirements 2-3 weeks in advance
- Perform targeted cycle counts on raw materials required for upcoming production runs to ensure availability and accuracy
- Manage and execute cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain high inventory accuracy levels to support uninterrupted production
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
- Reconcile inventory variances in the ERP system and implement corrective actions
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to inventory control processes
- Audit production work orders to confirm correct consumption of raw materials
- Ensure accurate reporting and confirmation of finished goods production
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle or similar acceptable) for inventory transactions and reporting
- Provide troubleshooting support to production personnel for SAP-related issues
- Ensure accurate and timely system updates to reflect real-time inventory status
- Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and/or Experience: - 2 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (SAP strongly preferred; Oracle or similar acceptable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cycle counting, variance analysis, and root cause investigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Work Conditions: This job operates in an industrial manufacturing environment exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements. This role requires regular standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, sitting, operating machinery, and may require lifting to 50lbs, and must be able to wear PPE as required.
