Schneider Electric is hiring a Power Product Business Offer Manager in Taipei, TPQ. This is a full-time position.

Schneider Electric is leading the Digital Transformation of Energy Management and Automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Industries.

We're now looking for Business Offer Manager who will lead our Low Voltage Molded Case Circuit Breakers & Final Distribution portfolio for the Taiwan market, based in Taipei.

What will you be responsible for?

• Acting as the primary business interface advocate and decision maker for product marketing strategy and execution.

• Developing and implementing annual marketing plan and/or strategic plans to push product, solution and services.

• Deploying offer pricing strategy, monitoring its implementation, controlling the results.

• Working closely with sales managers in order to ensure that strategic objectives are achieved.

• Conducting market research and business development.

• Creating the data-driven decision-making processes in product marketing sphere (pricing, stock management, competition analysis).

• Delivering trainings and presentations for internal and external audiences.

• Working with regional Business Development team and Global Offer Managers to drive offer refresh through product launch and product withdrawal processes.

What will help you to be successful?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / IT or Computer Science / Electronics.

• Additional degree in Management / Marketing would be highly appreciated.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing in B2B field, strong knowledge in pricing and offers management; business development skills.

• Good knowledge of Marketing fundamentals (4Ps). Willingness to think outside the box and try new things.

• Understanding of power distribution equipment / solutions (LV/MV) desirable.

• Familiarity with Taiwan power distribution market would be a big advantage.

• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills are necessary. Good presentation skills.

• Very comfortable in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work in a matrix organisation environment with frequent interaction with Cluster top management.
