Manage and lead materials teams while applying PBM culture and utilizing relevant tools to serve internal and external customers best.

You will be in our Datacom and Specialty Solutions (DSS) division, which designs and manufactures an extensive product line serving customers in telecommunications, datacom, (hyperscale) data center, cloud, and storage applications.

What You Will Do

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide direction and leadership to Materials department including people management.

2. Coordinate warehouse, shipping and receiving activities to ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met.

3. Maintain accurate finished goods, work-in-Progress and raw material inventories. Work with purchasing and accounting department to monitor ongoing cycle counting program. Coordinate annual physical inventory.

4. Work with engineering and manufacturing to ensure timely communication of pilot builds and new program launches.

5. Performs other related work as assigned by management.

SCOPE:

• Led ~9 staff in the materials group.

• Review and approve all materials group documents.

• Review and approve all Purchaser Requests.

• Review and control 3rd-party CRD/MPD, Inventory revenue, and S& E scarp.

• Working with the GSOP& E team to execute the manufacturing planning and demand.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supplier Chain Management or related field (concentrating on scheduling, materials management, customer service).

PREFERRED:

• Master's Degree in the above field.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

• Related field experience 8 years minimum of FPCA or PCBA manufacturing experience

• Supervisory experience with a minimum of 3 years.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. SAP experience preferred

  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English and local language.
