Job Description

Position Description:

The Lead Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the IFP Global Supply Chain FP& A team. This position is responsible for the global IFP FP& A transformation of COS and Distribution which manages over $2.5 billion. The individual will be part of the IFP leadership team and play a pivotal role in leading strategic projects across the organization and coordinating across global teams. This role will be critical in ensuring consistency, providing valuable insights, and conducting detailed analytics to drive informed decision-making. While this position does not have direct reports, it will have indirect leadership over ways of working across the IFP supply chain team. The role reports to the IFP Supply Chain Finance Director and will be working closely with the VP and Senior Directors of Supply Chain for IFP. While the role will initially focus on FP& A, the scope will become a strategic partner for the supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform current ways of working into a standardized and optimized organization by collaborating the global teams, building global models and coordinating with various stakeholders to get alignment and influence change.
  • Drive global strategic projects across the organization spanning over $2.5B in costs and logistics.
  • Provide insight and analytics for VPs and Senior Directors
  • Link between regional product supply finance teams and FP& A organizations for all forecasts and corporate requirements
  • Drive efficiency and standardization across the organization to improve operations
  • Co-ordination and consolidation of quarterly forecasts as well as Delivered cost analytics.
  • Support Delivered cost team with Template and model design and maintenance
  • Co-ordination and preparation of quarterly forecasts as well as Delivered cost analytics.
  • Support to the Mills with forecasting and analytics and guidance

Qualifications:

  • University degree with +5 years relevant experience in Finance and Supply Chain roles, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering results.
  • The individual must have the ability to work collaboratively across diverse global organisations showing strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence.
  • The individual must be meticulous in their attention to detail and planning.
