Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy Development:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Immunology product.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee product development stages, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory standards.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with sales team, medical, market access and C& PA to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Conduct product training sessions to educate internal teams and customers
• Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to gather insights and feedback on product performance and enhancements.

5. Financial Analysis and Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share.
• Prepare business cases and forecasts to support product investment decisions.

6. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to manage submissions and approvals for new products.

Qualifications:

• Master or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or relevant roles in the pharmaceutical industry, specialty experienced is prefer. Experience in launching new brands to market is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management software and tools is an advantage.
