What You'll Do: - Provide technical guidance to peers, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Configure, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and print servers.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them efficiently.
- Evaluate new desktop technologies, making recommendations to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with management and users to select and implement hardware and software solutions.
What We're Looking For: - Strong knowledge of PC and printer configurations, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise hardware and software issues in a professional setting.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor peers.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date on emerging desktop technologies.
What to Expect: Schedule: Monday - Friday - Daytime Hours
Compensation: 22.72 - 29.40 per hour
